Poste Deliverybox International Express is available in three formats:
- Small up to 1 kg, 25 x 35.3 x 5 cm
- Medium up to 3 kg, 37 x 29.4 x 12.8 cm
- Large up to 10 kg (EU only), 39.8 x 24.8 x 28.9 cm
All packages are made with materials that are eco-friendly and reusable for other purposes.
- EU countries (main areas): 2 working days, in addition to the day of sending
- USA (main areas): 3 working days, in addition to the day of sending (excluding customs procedures)

Weekends and bank holidays are not considered when counting delivery times. For the delivery time to be observed, it is necessary for the shipment to be accepted before the cut-off for acceptance indicated by post offices.

Home pick-up
You can request home pick-up of Poste Deliverybox Express parcels across Italy1:
- calling from Monday to Saturday - excluding Sundays and public holidays - from 8:00 to 20:00, the following numbers:
- 803.160, free number reachable from a fixed line
- 06.4526.3160, number reachable from fixed and mobile networks according to the costs of the telephone operator from which the call is made - once the call is connected, press 1 to access mail, express courier and parcel services
- then press 2 to access parcel services
- then press 2 to provide home pick-up details to an operator
Pick-up will take place at the ground floor of the address provided, between 09:00 and 18:00, Monday to Friday. Pick-up appointments are not available. This service is free of charge.

Holding as undelivered
Return to sender
Request that the parcel is returned to the sender or abandon the shipment in the event of failed delivery to the addressee, checking the appropriate box on the Waybill. This service is free of charge. For prepaid packages sent to the US, return is carried out with a charge to the sender for any customs charges due for reimportation.
